All our items are brand new in a sealed box. We do not accept returns on opened items unless the item is broken. If you receive an incorrect item please contact us and do not open it otherwise we will not exchange it. You can rest assured we do not sell used items

Yes the process is discreet, we only accept cash payments so there will be nothing on your bank statement and the driver is instructed to not announce/communicate anything that he is delivering.

Any products that you have purchased from our site will be delivered to you within two days of placing the orders!

Payment is via cash on delivery.

Choose the product you wish to order and checkout through the online shopping cart system or contact us via WhatsApp. Before receiving the product, you will receive a call from our delivery team/driver to confirm your order and the mode of payment is cash on delivery(COD).

To cancel an order simply contact us via WhatsApp. There are no cancellation charges.
